This Privacy Policy explains how PB SERVICES LTDA (“Ozempet”) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Ozempet (the “Service”).

• Information you provide: your name, email address, and details about your dog (name, breed, age, weight, habits) that you enter in the quiz and at checkout.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles it.
• Order & account data: what you purchased and the access you’re entitled to.
• Usage & device data: basic technical information (e.g., browser, pages viewed) and locally-stored quiz answers kept in your browser to personalize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your purchase, provide the Service, and personalize your plan.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To send you product, transactional, and (with your consent where required) marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Service Providers We Share With

We share data only as needed with trusted providers that process it on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database and storage for orders, access, and content.
• Render — application hosting.
• Email, analytics, and advertising providers used to operate, measure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your quiz answers and order so the Service can personalize and complete checkout. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies or pixels (for example, to measure marketing performance) as we add them.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6. Your Rights
