This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on Ozempet (the “Service”), operated by PB SERVICES LTDA (“Ozempet”) (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
The Furnace Protocol (one-time purchase) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@ozempet.com and we’ll issue a full refund of that purchase.
Furnace Tracking is an optional monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops future renewals. To cancel, email support@ozempet.com. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges already billed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or under the 30-day guarantee for your first payment.
Optional one-time add-ons (e.g., Furnace Recipes, bonus guides) are digital products delivered instantly. They are covered by the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee described above.
Email support@ozempet.com from the address used at checkout, with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, the guarantee above is offered voluntarily in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in Brazil.
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we’ll make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
