These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ozempet (the “Service”), operated by PB SERVICES LTDA (“Ozempet”) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Ozempet is an educational digital program that helps dog owners support their dog’s healthy weight and metabolism through personalized guidance on portion, timing, food and tracking. Ozempet is not veterinary care, diagnosis, treatment, or advice, and is not a drug, medication, supplement, or injection. “Ozempet” is a brand name only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before changing your dog’s diet, exercise, or routine.
Every dog is different. We do not guarantee any specific result, weight change, health outcome, or timeline. Any examples, testimonials, or projections are illustrative and not a promise of results.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service and make purchases.
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars (or the currency indicated) and may change. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for your order, including any optional add-ons you accept.
Optional subscriptions (e.g., Furnace Tracking) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price until cancellation. You can cancel anytime as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may notify you of price changes in advance where required.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Furnace Protocol.
Products are digital and delivered electronically (members area and/or email) after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.
You agree not to misuse the Service, resell or redistribute our content, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. Our content is protected by intellectual-property rights and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will achieve any particular outcome for your dog.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PB SERVICES LTDA (“Ozempet”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in the Service replaces professional veterinary advice. If your dog shows signs of illness, pain, distress, or sudden behavior change, contact a veterinarian promptly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of São Paulo, Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
